Greenfossil is perhaps the only IT solutions provider, that I know, that understands the business, thinks ahead and thinks beyond IT.

We had been using Greenfossil as our QMS vendor for many years. Their service is prompt and excellent. The QMS helps frontline staff streamline patient movement efficiently and had been reliable and robust. With their expertise in hospital standards, policies and cybersecurity requirements, we will continue to partner with them for our QMS needs.

Greenfossil has been the vendor for our Queue Management System (QMS) since beginning of operation at MNH. The team is familiar with hospital standards, policies and cybersecurity requirements; knowledgeable in new technology and hospital operations; and has proven to be reliable and robust thus far. They listen to our needs intently and work with us closely to suggest solutions to achieve the desired and customized outcomes. To date, Greenfossil has implemented the QMS across other IHH hospitals, and we do see a continued partnership in the foreseeable future.

Sojourner is something more “complete” as a suite of solution, from role assignment to user accessibility / login handling to data management and functions such as attendance and course signup. Our previous system was doing something similar but required manual intervention here and there. In particular the ability to send email / SMS to a selected group, it is something very useful. The support behind Sojourner, from having the test environment to the issue log and support team, these are all great and helps us whenever we hit some issues.

Sojourner provides good security protocol and safeguard of members' database. We see regular updates and improvements to the portal. We truly value the timely response for technical issues whenever we raise them with Greenfossil.

Sojourner's ability to group members by type of ethnic services and the role based feature has been helpful... the relationships function makes it easy for us to locate and identify family members. The mass email/SMS feature of the communications module is a great improvement from the previous system.

Sojourner has been a good resource so far. We recently used ZI-ON to track holy communion :) so that was good :) ... Overall Sojourner has helped alot, I enjoyed it and I believe the software has potential to grow (given it's ability to customise).

Its powerful and versatile search directory enables us to retrieve member records instantly. Its user friendly interface is compatible for both laptop and mobile, allowing our lay leaders to enter weekly CG attendance effortlessly. It’s highly customisable and feature-rich Course module allows for effective course management starting from course creation, registration, attendees communication, attendance taking right up to final reporting. Overall, Sojourner allows us to perform our Membership, Caregroup and Course management tasks effortlessly, effectively and efficiently.

Greenfossil is a trusted, creative & strategic partner for our innovation journey for the hassle- free hospital. I'm glad to have chosen them as partner for the TEC (The Enterprise Challenge) innovation award. The result has been very impressive in my opinion.

Seet and his team have comprehensive knowledge about the social work industry, enabling them to develop a solution that is closely catered to the needs of my church organisation. The team is also very professional and prompt in the handling and fixing of bugs during the entire implementation phase. Overall, we were able to implement the project on schedule and on budget. Tested in Health Care, iQueue is extremely well-designed... cutting waste in terms of patient waiting time and turnaround times. iQueue has helped streamline our entire patient process' end to end.

Greenfossil is the first and so far the only software developer that I have encountered in Singapore that is differentiating themselves from the pack by applying Agile Software development methodology instead of the traditional Waterfall methodology. This has greatly helped in managing and steering complex projects to meet the needs of the customers. The Greenfossil team is attentive to users' feedback and is a great partner to work with.
